Students Receive OSHA Certification
A group of students recently received their Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, certification. The students worked for about four weeks to complete their training, and their certification will last a lifetime.
“Since it is a General Industry training, it will serve every student in their future career choices to improve their own safety and those around them,” Livestock teacher Darcy Stutts said. “Students will be able to apply for employment and college programs more prepared for industry safety.”
The students that passed their final exam and earned their OSHA certification are Logan Todd, Lex Thompson, De’Untre Dixon, Hallie Davidson, Brooke Leatherman, Rheagan Cotton, Shakeitha Wiley, Ricardo Colmenares, Raegan Emmons, Hannah Warren, Kolby Overall, Blake Woodall, Bailey Mills, Baylee Harris, Jordan Owens, Jar-Mychael Hudson, Damarcus Hayes, Madi Isaacs, Tye Haynes, and Garrett Brown.
