The Fairfield Lady Eagles play the Teague Lady Lions tonight at 4:30. The Lady Eagles won over Buffalo on Tuesday in three sets.

“The rivalry is a big deal and creates a good competition,” junior Ava Grecu said. “We’ve worked hard to get people recovered [from injury] and back into the swing of things. We’ve become more of a family than we expected.”

“We’ve grown together and we’ve learned to work better as a team which has contributed to our success,” sophomore jv player Trinity Little said. “It was a challenge whenever over half our team members were quarantined and there were seven of us left. We adjusted well with hard work and determination and now we are back to normal”.
