The 2018 Prom, themed “Old Hollywood”, took place on April 21, and the student body all showed up to vote for the Prom King and Queen.

Senior Natalie Thompson was elected as Prom Queen, and the cheers after this announcement were deafening. Senior Trey Davis was elected Prom King.

“I’m honored to have received this title,” Davis said. “Queen Elizabeth has nothing on me.”

The ballots were write-ins, so anyone had the chance to take home the crown. The votes were tallied and it was decided that two students deserved the title over everyone else.

“It was fun to be a part of the voting this year,” junior Morgan Coleman said. “It was a blast helping the student body to elect the King and Queen.”
