The 2020-2021 FFA officer team consists of senior Frankie Nelson as president, senior Emily Chavers as vice president, sophomore Ellie Grissett as secretary, junior Ally Robinson as reporter, sophomore Ava Thompson as treasurer, senior Kendal Crawford as sentinel, senior Rileigh White as advisor, junior Rachel Lewis as parliamentarian, and junior Mattie Hagen as chaplain.

“I am very excited to see how this year plays out,” Nelson said. “I know it’ll be different with our virtual meetings, but we have a strong, passionate officer team with lots of great ideas.”

As of now, the first few FFA meetings, possibly more, will be virtual to ensure social distancing. Officers are looking into pre-recording videos and watching them in the agriculture classes to include more people in their ideas.

“I believe that this year has opened many new opportunities and allows us to reach out to a lot more people,” White said.
