New Season of Yellowstone Coming

Logan Campbell, Reporter

Season 5 of Yellowstone comes out November, 13 2022, so now is a perfect time to catch up on past seasons. The main story line consists of trying to keep the family together and fight off anybody who made a  risk to the Dutton cattle or family.

The western drama TV series is rated as TV-MA for violence, language, and crude references. The stars of this popular show are Kevin Costner as John Dutton, Luke Grimes as Kacey Dutton, Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton, Wes Bentley as Jamie Dutton, Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler, Kelsey Asbille as Monica Dutton, Brecken Merrill as Tate Dutton, Jefferson white as Jimmy Hurdstrom, Gil Birmingham as Thomas Rainwater, Forrie J. Smith as Lloyd Pierce, Denim Richards as Colby Mayfield, Ian Bohen as Ryan, Ryan Bingham as Walker, Danny Huston as Dan jenkins, Jen Landon as Teeter, Wendy Moniz as Governor Lynelle Perry, Ethan Lee as Ethan, Eden Brolin as Mia, Hugh Dillon as Sheriff Donnie Haskell, Hassie Harrison as Laramie, Katherine Cunningham as Christina, James Jordan as Livestock Agent Steve Hendon, Finn Little as Carter, Josh Holloway as Roark, Atticus Todd as Ben Waters, Will Patton as Garrett Randle, Timothy Carhart as A.G. Stewart, and Michael Nouri as Bob Schwartz.

The plot of the story is over cattle ranching in Montana, until season 4 where it also takes place on the 6666 ranch in Texas. There is corruption in John Dutton’s family and group of supposed allies. The story takes twists and turns through the four seasons that are out and leaves you on the edge of your seat.

I rate the western drama series as a 5/5 because it has the right amount of action, monologue, and drama. The series also has many informational moments on how things in the cattle industry work.

I would recommend this series to those who enjoy high action dramas and wouldn’t mind bingeing a good series.
