FHS Crowns Miss Earth

Students will be able to donate $1,475 to Project Graduation after the annual Miss Earth Pageant held December 10 at the FHS auditorium.

Luke Latham, alias Lauren Latham Miss France, Lauren Latham, represented FFA with her talent of  ballet dancing and was crowned Miss Earth.

“Project Grad is an event hosted for the seniors to have a fun, safe, and drug-free event with many prizes,” teacher Nicole Crawford said. “We are thankful to all the contestants and helpers. 

Each club chooses a senior to represent them in the Miss Earth pageant. Other senior contestants included Eddie Sanchez, Jacoby Means, Will Prihoda, Blain Tucker, Caden Broussard, Zack Leadbetter, Max Mcbean, Colton Granberry, and Tyler Smith. The tech crew Nathan Dunlap, Michell Muniz, and Cooper Lawley. 

Other awards included:  runner up, Miss Ireland, Blain Tucker as Belinda Blarthnaid, representing FCCLA; second runner up, Miss Italy, Jacoby Means as Judy Means, representing flag corps;  talent winner with lip sync to “Call Me Maybe”, Miss Canada, Max McBean as Maxine McBean; Most Photogenic, Miss Russia, Colton Granbury.
